Celebrating Diversity: OUTshine LGBTQ+ Film Festival’s 26th Annual Miami Edition

The OUTshine LGBTQ+ Film Festival, renowned for its celebration of queer culture, has unveiled its lineup for the 26th annual Miami edition. This year’s festival, running from April 18 to 28, promises a rich tapestry of over 50 international features and shorts that aim to inspire, entertain, and educate.

The festival kicks off with the opening night film, Turtles (Les Tortues), a relationship comedy-drama that delves into the complexities of a long-term partnership facing the trials of retirement. The lineup also includes the North American premiere of Blue Lights (Luces Azules), a sophisticated dramedy set against the backdrop of a 70th birthday celebration.

Spotlight on Latin Voices

A special Latin Spotlight night will feature four films from Latin America, including All The Silence (Todo El Silencio), a poignant exploration of love and communication barriers. This segment of the festival underscores OUTshine’s commitment to showcasing diverse narratives from around the globe.
